Geosmin Resort by Sannidhi Greens

Geosmin Resort and cottages is a proposed resort of approx. 30,000Sq.Ft which is ancillary to Geosmin Cottages at Malur, Karnataka consisting of over 100 acres of cottages. The resort includes a restaurant, dining spaces, Banquet and meeting halls and event spaces which are open to the cottage owners and the general public.

It is an earthy mix of Kerala, Mangalore and Thai style vernacular architecture set in lush green plantations abutting a natural lake/watertank. The inverted half arches along the covered pathways each uniquely frame the views of the lake and greenery enhancing the experience of nature. The rhythmic procession of walking along them from the entrance to the rooms helps ease the mind from the hustle and bustle of urban life and takes them back to the age and setting of the Indian epics; connecting the users with the earth and:
