The proposal is the first phase of a 5acre residential project consisting of 168 Vasthu compliant affordable units as per the client brief. Most of the units and the pool and clubhouse enjoy views of the hills. The blocks are oriented to maximize hill views towards the north but also to decrease the exposure to the southern sun.

As the site is a hilly terrain, the blocks are arranged such that a natural basement is created thereby decreasing the requirement to blast the stone ground for the foundations. The façade is a low cost combination of climate responsive planning, form and texture paints with minimal use of cladding.

The pool is situated at the ground level on the elevated green podium facing the hills creating an infinity pool effect and enhancing the ambience.
