The Villa layout project is located near Sarjapur, Bangalore with 49 villas and landscaped facilities.
The double height landscaped sit-out on first floor is the prime feature in all the villa typologies where the curved roof above the sit-outs and that above the gym both abutting solid walls create a contrast of solids and voids.

Exposed concrete texture of the gym wall which is curved asserts the form. Windows of consecutive villas are staggered and in combination with the solids of the form provide privacy. Landscaping and lighting accentuate the forms which are contemporary style façades composed of texture paints, grooves, slab projections and minimal cladding making them appear premium but also affordable.
