The proposal is an apartment complex at Nagondanahalli, Bangalore consisting of 92 spacious vasthu compliant units and the façade incorporates Kerala style architectural features as per the client brief. The building is planned as a U shaped block due to the site profile.

The features of the apartment façade along with those of the clubhouse in the center bring unison between them creating balance and repose in the view as seen from the entrance. Each unit has combined living and dining areas extending to balconies that open completely outward maximizing lighting, ventilation and spaciousness.
