Vivantha is a mixed-use project at Kundanahalli, Bangalore consisting of 1,23,096Sq.Ft of Commercial Space and 1,23,096Sq.Ft of residential apartments. 3.25FAR has been achieved in a narrow odd shaped site with the edge of the site facing the road being narrow as well. Achieving parking in two basements and separating access for the parking for commercial and residential while ensuring the fire driveway requirements.

 

The form of the facade was conceived from the idea of the Earth giving a gentle push to a young bird to fly high, synonymous to the commercial block being a supportive environment for the young and dynamic IT personnel of Bangalore to grow and evolve. The residential and commercial parts are weaved together through form and the composition of material combination.

 

The clubhouse is divided into two parts – one part is at the entrance of the residential block creating a grand entrance and one part adjoining and facing the roof-top infinity pool framing enthralling views of the lush green lands and the city skyline.
